Yes we will ship you exactly the product that you purchase, if for some reason we get the stock wrong and can not deliver the product we will simply refund you the purchase price and if there is a good alternative offer the link to you to purchase should you so choose.
You will receive an email confirmation with your receipt and you will be able to log in and see your purchases if you hit the create account button at checkout. We advise to do that so you can log in and see shipping as well.
Contact us so that we can create a mailing label for you to use to send the product back to us.
Wherever possible, if we know more are coming in at a specific date we will allow back-orders, but if we do not know the specific date we will not allow sales of those items. Any back-orders will be clearly marked as such.
